Is this a case of bad timing or what?
Word on the street is that Bobby Brown is gearing up to release his tell-all book which mostly involves his married life to the late great music legend, Whitney Houston.
Now typically this news would not be a huge shock especially coming from “Bad Ass” Bobby Brown but it’s probably best if he opted against it in respect to his late wife and his daughter Bobbi-Kristina who was recently rumored to being suicidal over the death of her mom.
Whitney’s family is angered by this news and a close source of the family told the Huffington post:
He didn’t get on stage that night because he needed to sing his greatest hits or because Whitney would have wanted him to entertain his fans, he did it to get a paycheck — the same reason he now wants to write a tell-all book.
Brown originally planned on releasing the tell-all book was a few years back in 2008 following his divorce to Whitney in 2007 but he somehow the deal fell through because of a confidentiality clause that Brown had signed at the time of the divorce. Now that Whitney has passed it’s unclear whether that clause has merit and if so Bobby Brown will be permitted to proceed in his action.
Well Bobby, the ball may be in your court but it doesn’t guarantee you a winning game. Yes, there is no doubt that this book will be in high demand and may even land on the best sellers list now that Whitney’s deceased but it can also do more harm than good so you might want to move cautiously on this one.
In the words of Bobby Brown “You have to move on sometimes”, and if he decides to publish this book then Whitney’s fans and family will just have to believe in their faith and or in the words of the bible ‘That This too shall past”
