VH1 has decided to pulling the plug on Single Ladies which airs 9pm est on Monday night. According to the network the show will end after the third season so sadly we will no longer see Denise Vasi, Lisa Raye, Charity Shea, and Letoya Luckett.

The network did reveal that the will be issuing a new show with Queen Latifah Flavor unit in the cancellation address saying:

” We’ve been proud to deliver three seasons of the drama, romance and style that engaged viewers in each episode of Single Ladies. Although we’ve decided not move forward with another season, we hope to work again with the talented cast, creatives, and producers, as well as our partners at Flavor Unit Entertainment in the near future. We also thank the show’s fans for their support since the premiere in 2011. “

Some of the street whispers suggest that the show’s long return back on the television [a year and half to be exact] and decreased viewer watch was the cause of the cancellation. As for now the show that premiered in 2011 has come to an end.

The breakout star for me this season was singer, Letoya Luckett who was a newbie actor to the show. She truly embodied the character and she brought her ‘A‘ game in every episode. I’m sure we’ll be seeing these ladies in future television projects.
