On November 13th, 2019 Allen will go up against Comcast Corporation in a racial discrimination lawsuit in the Supreme Court. In short, Allen sued the giant company for failure to give equal economic inclusion to the very same demographic (who they obtain billions of dollars from annually in subscriber fees).

Allen won the case twice in the 9th circuit, and Comcast went ahead and appealed their case to the Supreme Court with intent to challenge the Civil Rights Act of 1866.

To understand how the decision of this case can revoke the rights and protection of Black American’s in achieving economic inclusion, #ADOS, and the right to challenge their opponents on discriminatory practices, one must understand the statute of the Civil Rights Act of 1866, and the reasons why (in the current Trump era) they’re trying to eradicate this law.
