Troy Ave Arrested + 3 Injured + 1 Associate Dead Following Shooting At T.I Concert

Rapper, Troy Ave has been arrested following the deadly incident that took place at New York’s Irving Plaza Wednesday night [May 25th]. The incident took place on third floor green room area of the event prior to rapper T.I taking the stage for the finale performance.

So far, no details details on what caused the violence to erupt has come forward but four people [including Troy Ave] were shot from 9mm bullets. ‘Five 9mm Casings Were Found At The Crime Of The Scene’ – says news reports. Troy Ave’s close associate and friend, Ronald Mcphatter 33 died at Beth Israel hospital following a gunshot to the stomach. The rapper reportedly shot himself in the leg during a scuffle with another associate.

The Daily News reported that an altercation gone bad took place between Troy Ave’s and Maino’s entourage’s but Maino quickly denounced those rumors. Rapper Maino and fellow rapper, Uncle Murda was on stage performing at the time of the incident, and alleges that there is nothing but UNITY with all the brooklyn rappers.

First and foremost my deepest condolences to the family & friends of Ronald Mcphatter who was tragically killed last night. Despite having to cope with more senseless violence. I woke up to the usual FALSE and ridiculous lies being circulated by irresponsible members of the media. What transpired was absolutely NOT the result of MYSELF or ANYBODY IN MY CAMP , ENTOURAGE, TRAVELING PARTY or ORGANIZATION IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. We entered the venue respectfully as always and exited in shocked like all other concertgoers. For the last 5 years Troy Ave, his team and I have had a great working relationship. Not only have we performed and done several songs together but we’ve had many personal conversations about life our goals and efforts as musicians. Despite media reports to the contrary, there are No “ongoing beefs” or “entourage issues.” It always has been and always will be good relations between myself AND MY TEAM and @TroyAve @Hovain @YoungLitoBsB and the BSB crew. T.I. also weighed in his condolences saying ‘his heart is heavy’ .

Bronx Bred model, Maggie Carrie Heckstall was also among the injured party on that fatal night. Maggie was shot in the leg and is said to recover. The model took to social media to give credit to GOD for being alive.
