Are You Ready For K. Michelle’s New Album?
K. Michelle has made it very clear that she will not be marginalized into one particular genre of music, but that if there’s anything we can count on is her AMAZING vocals that shines on every record that she touches.
Her singer /song writer qualities is an added bonus and competitive edge to be one of the top female vocals musicians to date but although K. Michelle shows great promise in the music industry, her personal life and public feuds with fellow industry artists have always seems to overshadow the 33-year old’s full potential.
From the review of the her forthcoming third album ‘More Issues Than Vogue’ K. Michelle has certainly evolved from the the ZERO ‘F**KS’ opinionated social media – loose-lip Betty, that we bore witness to back in 2013. The ‘Rebellious Soul’ is turning over a new leaf and while she still offers up good songs about her failed relationships, trust issues, and her love for V.S.O.P , she still seeks what many work so hard to attain – LOVE & HAPPINESS!
In a surprising new post over the weekend, K. Michelle informed her fans that she made an amends with her ex-boyfriend music producer, Memphitz Wright [husband of Toya Wright] whom she aired out publicly about their break-up over an alleged domestic dispute on her ‘Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’ reality show debut in 2012. The accusations pretty much stunted Memphitz’s career and reputation, and greatly impacted his marriage to Toya Wright [whom he’s currently separated from].
K. Michelle’s new album offers up only one feature from singer, Jason Derulo; and the rest is a sum of all the encompasses her album cover with tracks like ‘Mindful’, ‘These Men’, ‘Got Him Like’, ‘Time’, ‘Nightstand’, ‘If It Ain’t Love’, and ‘Sleep Like A Baby’. K. Michelle openly expressing her flaws and is pouring her heart out on the 12 track listing.
