Director, Spike Lee is firing back at critics who are calling his new controversial film ‘Chi-Raq’ ; a comedy. Lee affirms that his new movie is a ‘satire’, and while it does include humorous moments, the film is by no means poking fun at the severity of ongoing shootings and death of black youths in the south side of Chicago.

Teyonah Davis, Angela Davis, Wesley Snipes, Samuel L Jackson, Nick Cannon, Jennifer Hudson, Dave Chapelle and more appear in the film.
