Director, Producer, Screen Writer & Film Distributor,  Ava Duvernay flipped Hollywood upside down with the debut of her academy award film SELMA and she plans to bring more black films to a theater near you.  Ava’s ‘tell it like it is’ persona and ‘bold stance’ in a male-dominant industry comes from a deeper yearn to follow her passion for telling stories of our icons that goes beyond the persuasive pieces of content which allow audiences to see beyond the myopic viewpoint.
