Tweet has return to the industry spotlight with new music and a new ‘EP’ underway. The soulful hummingbird is set to debut an EP release entitled ‘Charlene’; named after her first name. Earlier this month the singer dropped a snippet of her newly single ‘Won’t Hurt Me’ and now we’ve got the full audio version [which is also available on itunes now].
From the single, we can tell that Tweet’s ten year music absence is partly to do with challenges in her personal life and while she’s ready to start anew; she’s no longer looking back into the past. In the single, Tweet speaks of a previous ‘love’ that has ‘lost its spark’ while affirming that she’s immune to any verbal slander that may come her way as a result.
