Activist and author Dr. Cornel West was arrested in St. Louis on Monday after peacefully protesting in a fight for justice for the death of eighteen year old, Michael Brown and Vonderitt Myers on Monday [Oct. 13th]
Over 1000 protesters in pat of the ‘Ferguson October’ rally. During the pre-gathering, West announced to the crowd “I didn’t come here to give a speech, I came to Ferguson, Missouri to go to jail “
Protesters and Journalists captured Dr. West arrest and posted them on social media.
