Yikes! It was all good just a few months ago.
The couple seemed to be happily in love just a few months ago following the birth of their first child [a girl] back in… but their relationship took a bad turn once the two brought baby ‘Marley‘ home. Last month Eva Marcille got a restraining order against Kevin McCall [babydaddy] following a domestic dispute [that got a little out of hand] back on March 28th.
” Eva alleges that McCall kicked the doors down, snatched her up and threatened to take their two month-old daughter. “
The two seemed to have hatched things up and had decided to work things out [according to the media reports] but today’s news has surely confirmed the initial threat was REAL there is much healing to be done.
TMZ reports that a judge has now given Marcille full custody of their daughter and Kevin has been slapped with a denial of visitation for the next thirty days [until their next court date]. Eva reps call this entire medlee an “unfortunate situation” The statement reads:
” It is unfortunate that has thrown a curve into Eva’s life but as a responsive parent and adult she’s taking steps to ensure the safety and well-being of their child and herself.”
