Nene Leakes surely did not hold anything back during her one-on-one interview with Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live following the finale show of Real Housewives of Atlanta show on Sunday, April 13th.
Surprisingly when asked who she thought should exit the show following the sneak-peek of the brawl fight that ensured between Kenya and Porsha, Nene threw her former BFF/bridesmaid, Cynthia Bailey right under the bus.
” I think that Cynthia was my friend. That’s what I thought. When you have a friend, and they do something wrong, that you don’t like. I don’t think you align yourself with the enemy. To me that makes me look WEAK!
I think you stick with your friend and say, Look we were friends. I liked you. You did this and I did not like that. At the end of the day, you’re not gonna align yourself with the enemy. “

While some assume she was talking about Cynthia’s new friendship with Kenya in the final episodes along with the seating arrangements of the two at the reunion show, we’ve now learn that there is more to the story.
According to StraightfromtheA.com, the alleged rift between Nene and Cynthia may be stemming from Cynthia’s new relationship with celebrity publicist Pam Pinnock.
” Our source reports that NeNe is not thrilled over Cynthia hiring Pam and then befriending her in the process. Cynthia and celebrity publicist Pam Pinnock have gotten really close and been hanging out while the publicist has been helping Cynthia revamp her model agency’s public image. Cynthia decided to hire a well known publicist to clean up the agency brand or maybe piss NeNe off. “
” Nene found out they began hanging out and everybody knows don’t like sharing friends. But especially the ones who have shared a bed with her man Greg. The source went on to say, It’s really strange how she turned o Cynthia after all these years but when it comes to Greg and his wandering eyes, Nene don’t play that. Cynthia broke the contract rule so now NeNe want’s Cynthia RHOA contract ripped up. “

And her husband, Peter Thomas replied the folllowing:
” My wife and I have real business’s, that we build on the show, in the 4 season’s, some people don’t have that skill set. “
” Cynthia is the most LOYAL friend any one can ever have #respect.”
I definitely agree with Peter that Nene was not accurate in saying that Cynthia has no relevance on the show. Cynthia has opened up her own modeling agency, her husband Peter opened up ‘Bar One’ night club and restaurant, and the couple also launched a book this year.
C’mon, that was direct shade Nene was throwing at Cynthia and clearly their beef is deeper than the extreme ‘cattiness’ we saw on the show.
