Waka Flocka’s mother, Deb Antney [famed Rap manager] suing her former artist French Montana for unpaid back commissions in the amount of $50,000. Antney served as French Montana’s manager for over two years and then shortly after French’s signing to Diddy’s Bad Boy records, the two parted ways – according to reports.
Well, Deb Antney latest legal action suit claims that French Montana “allegedly” made secret concert/show bookings without her knowledge and Antney says she was never paid her twenty percent as agreed in the initial contract the two had signed back in 2010. French reportedly signed with Deb’s Mizay Entertainment company then and during a recent concert stop in Atlanta the south-bronx rapper was served with legal documents.
This situation sounds familiar minus the civil lawsuit. Deb Antney help propel Nicki Minaj’s career prior to her signing with Lil Wayne’s Young Money/Cash Money record label and then the two two ultimately parted ways.
Not sure what the verdict will be on this one, but this is surely not looking goof for Deb Antey’ manager reputation.
