Industry newcomer “Jarvis” is filtering his way into the music realm. I was introduced to this young man last night while driving home. I received a facebook ALERT from a friend requesting to take a listen to his song followed by a link of his new video. When I got home I watched the video and conducted a little research on the singer and was pleasantly surprise. Jarvis [who is currently signed to Capitol records] is a 23 year old artist with great singing, dancing, and acting ability. After migrating from Oklahoma to Atlanta Georgia [where he first got recognized by Ludacris DTB record label], the singer went on to work the with the likes of Jazze Pha, Daron (of 112), R.L(formerly of NEXT), Madd Scientist and many more.
His two previous singles “Pretty Girl” and “Paramedic” generated popular buzz [back in 2010] and as Jarvis gears up to release his first studio LP this year he has unveiled his lead single “Make A Little Room” and its surely one to get you feeling a great mood. The R&B track tells the story of a man whose trying to win the love of his woman [who has fallen in love with her new mate] As Jarvis explains, “He Can’t Love You Like I Do/ So, Make A Little Room In My Head, Bed & My Heart/ And Lets Start all Over Again”
