Well, the verdict is in and Love & Hip Hop star, Mandecees Harris is found NOT GUILTY on child molestation charges! As you may have heard a few weeks back, Mandecees was charged with raping his then [minor step daughter] back in 2009-2010, Mandeecees was 19 and the the step-daughter was 15. Mandecees was dating the girl’s mother at the time. From the court documents filed,
The girl alleged that after Mandecees and her mother split up, Mandecees took her in and cared for her like a father figure. Shortly after staying with Mandecess, the 15 yr old [who still remains nameless] says that Mandeees began making sexual advances towards her which later turned into her [15yr old] being forced having to perform sexual acts on him [Mandecees].
Well, somehow that story [an or lack of proof] didn’t hold up in court, and the jury found Mandecees to be INNOCENT of the charges. Mandecees affirmed that he never ” TOUCHED HER ” and that the girl and her mother [his ex] was trying to extort him for money now that he’s landed a TV gig. Mandecees fiancee Yandy Smith [who was pretty silent while trial was going on] wasted no time to issue a public statement to all the NAYSAYERS that her man was not guilty.
