Love & Hip Hop star, Mandeecees Harris [the boyfriend/father of L&HH star, Yandy Smith child] has wound up in a WHOLE lot of trouble recently. Last month, news broke out that Mandeecess was undergoing trial for child molestation charges after his 15 year-old step-daughter filed charges alleging that Mandeecees coerced her into performing oral sex against her will. Now new reports indicate that Mandeecees [and two other defendants] have been brought up on new charges; reportedly for “drug trafficking” 2.5 Million dollars worth of cocaine and heroin.
“Law Enforcement reportedly confiscated 1.5 million dollars from Mandeecees home along with $407,000 worth of jewelry, including a $60,000 Rolex and a $35,000 Rolex.” Authorities are said to be pushing forfeitures on Harris properties in Georgia and Baltimore.
Harris surrendered for arrest on the Rochester-area indictment on Jan. 24. He is expected to be arraigned in Rochester after a current trial in New Jersey. Harris’ co-defendants [Ronald Walker andTyrus Harris] ,have pleaded not guilty at arraignments in Rochester, records show.
Mandecees is currently undergoing trial for the “alleged rape” case.
This is surely bad timing for [both the stars who recently had] their first child together, but this is surely not a good look for Yandy Smith. It has since been reported that both VH1 and L&HH producers have reportedly fired both Yandy and Mandeecees given the charges that are at play.
Yandy nor Mandeecees have yet to comment on the public charges! SMH!
