‘The Dream‘ brings us the visuals to his latest single “Wake Me Up When It’s Over “. It seems as though ‘The Dream‘ will be moving forward with his re-release of his controversial 1977 cover art album [that Def Jam tried to get a cease and desist order of back in August of 2012] after all. The Def Jam’s Executive Vice President of A&R is taking matters into his own and now fans of Terius Nash [Dream’s real name] and rather than read between the lines of his music, Dream paints the picture of the pain he’s encountered following a failed relationship.
In the song Dream says:
Yeah yeah I love the way you smell/
But you always on some bullshit/
I love how your body feels/
Why must we do this/
Stop with the excuses/
I hate procrastination/

Well why you so complacent/
