Say it Ain’t So – Beyonce has to start drinking Soda now!
The New York Times has just announced that Beyonce has signed a $50 million dollar deal with Pepsi. As you may already know, Beyonce is schedule to perform at the 2013 Superbowl Halftime show and now new reports confirm that ‘The Love On Top‘ singer will feature in a new Pepsi exclusive TV ad which will show a limited Pepsi soda edition with Bey’s face on the side of the can.
” The deal will also find Pepsi promoting the Grammy winner’s tour next year as well as the expected release of her new album sometime in 2013. What’s more, the company will put money toward other creative projects of Beyoncé’s, whether they have any actual connection to Pepsi or not. ”
Peps’s limited “Beyonce’s” edition will premiere in Europe beginning March 2013. Through Pepsi and Beyonce’s partnership the company seeks to boosts sales among its current and new consumer market. Now the questions begs: Will you be purchasing the popular soft drink now that Beyonce has endorsed the brand for a second time. In 2002 Beyonce was the spokeswoman for the company but new reports state that the singer will also be conducting sideline projects with Pepsi [including music videos and photo shoot ads to promote the Pepsi brand:
Sidebar: Now I’m not a hater, but we all know that “soft drinks” [of any kind] are NO GOOD to the human’s body. I’m almost 100% confident that Beyonce don’t drink soft drinks while trying to maintain her figure and beauty image in the entertainment industry but I’m almost aware of the POLI-TRICKS of the industry and had I been offered 50 million to go against the grain [at this time in need] -I’d probably take the deal as well.
So, in that note – Congrat’s to Beyonce on her multi-million dollar deal endorsement. Hopefully Bey will advise consumers to drink the Pepsi soft drink in moderation i her commercial ad.
