Nelly find himself in a tricky situation last week. The rapper’s tour bus was pulled over during a routine check point in Siera Blanca, TX where police found ‘Heroin’, ‘Mollies’ ‘and Marijuana’ on the bus. Nelly stated that he had no idea that drugs and or a gun was onboard on the bus. The man at the center of this bust was Brian Keith Jones [friend of Nelly’s who initially took the charge for the assault] is now pleading ‘Not Guilty’ to the charge, reports TMZ
As reported earlier , Nelly’s tour bus was pulled over on Thursday in Siera Blanca, TX and cops discovered 36 small baggies of heroin (totaling .64 ounces) and over TEN POUNDS of marijuana inside a large green duffel bag.At the time of the arrest, law enforcement sources told TMZ that Brian Keith Jones admitted the drugs (as well as a loaded .45 caliber pistol) were his.
Nelly talked about the incident on V103 on the Kenny Burns show
We got pulled over, things were noticed…things were K-9 ability…. Then you realize wait a minute you ain’t going nowhere for a hot second [aka ‘no time soon’]
On his feelings about [whom Nelly calls his family] Nelly says:
This not an employee of mine, this is FAMILY. I am mad at the situation but my heart goes out to because this is a situation that he has to grown through with his family and he needs that support….. So its hard to turn your back on someone and were going through it.. But I’m PISSED!

Other artists, Willie Nelson, Fiona Apple, and Snoop Dog tour busses were also pulled over and they too were busted at this very same location. Artists will need to a new route and or have to inspect their team’s luggage before on boarding a tour bus next time! Nelly will not face charges for this incident?
