Keyshia Cole really wanted fans to the grasp the visual concept of her new album “Woman To Woman” On the new cover Keyshia Cole faces another woman who happens to herself. Similar to her previous album covers ‘The Way It Is‘, ‘Different Me‘ and ‘Calling All Hearts‘, the Cole display her face once again but she spices the photo with a different lip color with a deep blue this time around. The delux edition CD will feature two cover pictures for fans to choose from. The second picture features a similar look yet Keyshia sports a bob style hair cut and opted for a blonder look.
Speaking of the singer, If you tuned into Keyshia Cole new reality show “Keyshia & Daniel: Family First,” this week, you might of noticed that her sister Neffe Pugh, [who co-starred alongside her in prior reality ] was absent from the show. It’s no secret that Keyshia and Neffe have been estranged from each other since Neffe and Frankie [Keyshia’s mother] reality show debuted backed in 2010. Keyshia was unpleased by her sister and mother’s actions to conduct a reality show on their on without her involvement and as a result Keyshia distance herself from her sister and mother citing that she wants to be in more positive and happier environment especially for her son] and therefore focus on her new family [hubby Daniel Gibson, and son, Daniel Jr.] instead.
Well, Neffe Pugh has decided to come forward to speak out about her estranged relationship with Keyshia and why fans will not be seeing her in the Keyshia’s new reality show. In a recent interview with Bossip.com , Neffe says
“The straw that broke the camel’s back was that she did not like the fact that me and Mom did the ‘Frankie & Neffe Show’ with Manny Hailey [Keyshia’s former manager] without involving her. From what I’ve gathered, she felt we shouldn’t have trusted him. We should have trusted her judgment.”
“Everybody in the world knows it’s been off and on with myself and Keyshia. Don’t get me wrong, I love my sister and she loves me. Somewhere down the line we went our separate ways, but while I’ve been focused on trying to rebuild our relationship, she’s been busy rebuilding her career and been focused on her family, and when I say her family I mean Daniel and my nephew.”
Neffe also explains why she was a “No Show” at Keyshia’s wedding:
“I didn’t go to the wedding because I wasn’t properly invited. I’m just being honest. I love my sister, I love my mom, I love my family — but I was not properly invited to the wedding. I wasn’t invited to the actual wedding ceremony in Vegas. I was invited to the wedding/taping in Hawaii and I felt like if I wasn’t invited to the first one, why should I go to a ceremony that you’re taping in Hawaii? I got a phone call two days before the wedding and only myself and my two daughters were invited. My husband and my five children were not invited … That was craziness to me.”
“…….I don’t know what it is between myself and Keyshia. We just can’t agree to disagree, that’s what I believe. I love my sister, there’s no sibling rivalry. Somewhere down the line we’ll figure it out.”
