Nicki Minaj gave ger “Barbz” a sneak peek of her new video “The Boys” which features bad boy artist Cassie. In the video clip, Nicki is seen rapping in her usual head-to-toe colorful garb walking alongside a matching color buildings that have Minaj album inspired accents like the “Pink Friday Cotton Candy machine” and “Roman Pink’s Parlor”
Sidebar: Looks like its going to be a good video but Nicki speaking like a straight 3-year old in the video is beyond belief. I was definitely looking for the “old Nicki” to speak like an adult at least.

In related news, Nicki’s beef with Mariah took an unexpected turn this week. We all know Mariah Carey and rapper Da Brat are close friends. Well, someone who wanted to heighten the beef between Mariah Carey sent a ‘fake tweet” that was allegedly written by Da Brat to a blog site citing that Da Brat was ready to “bust a bottle over Nicki’s head” in defense of Mariah.
Well, Nicki didn’t get the memo until late and therefore was still in defense mode tweeting:
“Sir, The struggle for u to even AFFORD that bottle is why the barbz r now cackling DOWNNNt. *SipsPepsi* n *hops on this G4*”
After receiving the memo re: the fake tweet, Nicki tweeted an apology to Da Brat:
“Oop sorry brat. Shit is real in the field. Pls accept my apology.”
Now, Da Brat issued two statements of her own via twitter clearing her name of the false reporting saying:
I was just sent a blog of some bullshit someone said I tweeter. I have NOT made any comments about the situation.
Nicki nor Mariah has ever disrespected me so I would not disrespect either of them.
Hopefully this beef will die out soon but I’m sure Da Brat is unpleased being called a “SiR” . I wondered what did Nicki really mean by that? I could ‘ve of sworn Nicki was pledging that she was a bi-sexual when she first came onto the scene. I see Scaff Breezy done shut those rumors down quickly after she blew up.
