As we reported earlier, Rapper Gunplay [who is a close friend of Rick Ross and member of Maybach Music Group label] was involved in a fight with 50 cent and members of his entourage in the parking garage area of the BET Hip Hop Awards this past weekend. Video of part of the incident has since surface the web; showing Gunplay in what appears to be a “brawl” punching and kicking another male before getting pepper-sprayed. It was since reported that Gunplay was jumped by a few men, and his chain had been robbed.
Now, It’s no secret that Rick Ross and 50 Cent are “not friends” but everyone wanted to know what probe the altercation. Well, Gunplay called up Power 105.1 breakfast club morning show to tell his side of the story. According to Gunplay, the fight did go down and although the “donkey’s” [as he calls 50 cent and his entourage] tried to jump him and succeeded in taking his chain, he affirms that he was a “LION” in the brawl and rather than run, he pulled up his pant and knuckles and duked it out like a real man.
