LHHA star, Mimi Faust shadows her co-star K. Michelle in the latest PSA video for domestic violence. In the vid, Mimi is shown as a two faced woman; one side shows who she is now prior to abuse and the other side shows the effects of a battered woman who was burned and scarred deeply in the face. The graphic images are quite shocking but the urgency and tone in the message is very direct: “To Heal, Empower Uplift To Restore The Faith And Confidence in Women who suffer from domestic abuse.
I am here to help take the power away from hate crimes.
I am here to build up those who have been broken down.
I am here to help stop the hurt.
