Meagan and Devon First Kiss After Their Nuptials
Actress, Meagan Good has finally tied the knot with her long-time friend, executive film producer and seventh-day adventist preacher Devon Franklin. The two wed this past Saturday [June 16th] in a private ceremony in Malbu Calif. in front of 400 guests of family, close friends, and notable celebs. The theme was just as Meagan predicted, an antique bayou-esque [similar to the twilight movie], type wedding with purple, and gold tulip roses displayed throughout the ceremony.
Good walked down the aile in an R.Mine gown with purple dipped train as the songs “These Arms” played in the background by Jeffrey Lewis of the Craig Lewis Band.
I didn’t want girly, says Good of her dress. I wanted handsome. It’s got a bit of a masculine feel to it. I wanted something that felt a tad bit rebellious and out of the ordinary. That felt closer to my personality.
Matched in the same color, Good and Franklin exchanged personal vows [which was said to be one of the most beautiful nuptials ever] and shared their first kiss as husband and wife. Singer Shanice sung “Loving You” during the reception while the guest enjoyed some a delicious southern desert of their choice which included banana cream pie, peach cobbler, and/or sweet potatoe .
Good says her name will remain the same on screen but she will be adding Franklin to her name legally. Many of the couples friends shared their congrats via twitter.

Good and Franklin announced that babies are definitely in their future but as of now they two will spend some time enjoying one another as husband and wife first.
