A Conversation w/o No Cussing, Table Jumping And Bottle Throwing!
The mood and tone was surely different at basketball wives reunion show [which was aired last night June 4th]. The women were all present however Jennifer Williams [the bully culprit of the season] most of first hour sitting backstage but According to Jennifer that was not of her choice Jenifer said Shed Media made thats call.
“FYI- it was not my choice to be backstage!,” Jennifer Williams said clearing up any confusion via Twitter. “Shed Media was on some BS!! #thatisall”
As for the other ladies [Shaunie, Royce, Kenya, Tami, Keisha and Evelyn] they too were a bit more subtle than past reunions. Clearly the growing opinion and boycott of the ladies behavior has struck a nerve in each of the ladies and they’ve decided to change their behavior. Shaunie opened up the conversation making it very clear that she and the ladies take fully responsibility for their actions and are working toward change.
Evelyn [above] apologized to Kenya for throwing the bottle of champagne and plate at her during their altercation. Evelyn nearly came to tears as she talked about her shameful behavior and how she felt like it set a terrible example when her step-daughters [Chad Ochocinco daughter’s] made fun of the incident meanwhile she was really hurt by her actions.
Tami apologized to Keisha for kidnapping her purse on ther trip to Tahiti, and says she working to articulate herself verbally during confrontations rather than cussing, and gearing up to fight all the damn time!
By the end of the hour, Jennifer arrived on stage too defend herself.
Evelyn and Jen went back and forth with the whole he said she said blog drama. Jennifer was called out from Tami for getting the authorities involved [after getting slapped from Naya]. Tami explains that she felt that Jennifer was playing hyprocrite and inconsistent with her legal actions for not doing the same when her husband [Eric shoved the drink in her face]. Tami went on to say that Jennifer has been on the bully team in past seasons and now that she was on the receiving end of this season bully [Evelyn, Shaunie, and Tami] she involved the authorities.
Royce did little speaking as did Keisha and Kenya but no big moments from either of them last night.
By the end of show Jennifer Williams was order to take a lie-detector test as was Evelyn Lozado prior to the start of the reunion show. The results will be aired on Part II which airs next week Monday.
