While Chris Brown received a round of applause for his stellar dance performance of “Turn Up The Music” he also received a few thumbs down’s for lip synching through the performance once again. A few celebrities took to twitter to express their displeasure and let’s just say things surely took a twist for one celebrity in particular. Pop singer, Pink, Chrissy Teigen [Jonh Legend], and Joe Jonas shared their concerns [via twitter] with Chris performance as follows:
Joe Jonas: What happened to people singing live???
Chrissy Tiegen: “Live singing is a helluva thing.
Well, Team Breezy wasted no time verbally abusing the innocent one out the bunch [Chrissy] with their slants and for awhile she remained calm but she couldn’t hold out any longer and she responded:
‘I’ve had comments ranging from “kill yourself you stupid HO” to “gold digging cunt” “get a f-cking job”, etc. because I don’t like him?…seriously. this isn’t your f-cking job. You guys are too young for this sh-t. too f-cking young. stop being psychotic. be strong women. listen to opinions without spewing pure maliciousness…John [Legend] has gotten numerous comments about him needed to “leash” me or “control” me. FROM WOMEN. please stop this. What are you even doing this for? some good music and dancing? good god. DO BETTER.
Chris Brown stayed on the straight and narrow and rather than return subliminal messages he kept his cool and thanked his fans and music camp for his billboard award instead.
We all know Chris can dance and sing but it has yet to be proven that one can dance non-stop like a damn robot for 3-5 minutes while singing live at the same time. Then again, I saw Lady Gaga perform live and she proved that theory wrong. Let’s hope that others will follow in the same steps. After-all it is a show and many people attend to view your talent.
