Strike Two!
This is the second time in just four weeks Lil Wayne and his entourage have found themselves under investigation once again after and unknown male [who was said to be a fan of Weezy] filed a report implicating Lil Wayne and his skateboard entourage on assault charges.
The unknown male has come forward to press charges. Alfredo Marino tells TMZ:
On May 3rd, he spotted Lil Wayne and his “posse” skateboarding, Marino says he is a HUGE fan of Wayne’s so he went up to Weezy to ask for a photo — but was shut down. Marino retreated to his car, where he tried sneaking a pic … Marino claims Wayne walked over with his crew and began threatening him, saying, “Don’t you know all it takes is a word and these motherf**kers are going to f**k you up?
The incident then turn violent and Alfredo Marino claims to have suffered physical injuries shortly thereafter.
Marino claims he was clocked from behind with a skateboard — which knocked him down and left him bleeding from the head. Marino says he suffered a concussion and vertigo. Marino’s lawyer, Craig Chisvin, tells TMZ, “My client will enforce all of his rights under the law and all individuals responsible for this outrageous incident will be blamed for the damages that my client has suffered and continues to suffer.
Sidebar: Yes, some fans get out of hands especially the groupies [but I don’t see many celebrities getting them removed. Instead, their offering them back to their hotel rooms] All I’m saying is that if you set a rule, then it must apply to all, cause as soon as you break the rule for one person and or show favoritism to one person, others too will try to the very the same. He only wanted a picture , so why did he get beat up for doing what any other fan would do if they saw you in the street or from a far: Snap A Picture!
Unless, something was said in the conversation, that made weezy uncomfortable! Hmm?
Lil Wayne nor his reps have yet to come forward to refute this claim. Lil Wayne and his “posse” were investigated back in April for the same offense back in April, when a photographer filed a report claiming that he was attacked by Weezy’s camp.
We all know that fame has it sacrifices and for some celebrities their personal life and “space” is usually off limits. However, violently attacking someone or using your celebrity power to get a fan/photographer beat up by your entourage is unacceptable. As the saying goes, three strikes and your out. Clearly, the victims are out to get Weezy [it’s always the celebrities that come under fire] although member’s of his camp were the ones who issued the alleged attack. Weezy need to tread carefully or he’ll be right back in Rikers!
