Royce Reed Speaks On Sexting Drama: “My Heart Hurts”

Basketball wives star, Royce Reed found herself in a twitter beef with her beau NFL baller, Dezmon Briscoe babymama following Monday night’s episode of the reality show. In the episode, Royce and Dezmon Briscoe were discussing engagement and marriage and from the looks of it, the two seem to be seriously involved.

Well, Briscoe’s babymama Christina Nero took to twitter to weigh her two cents on the couple [who she refers to ass fake a–relationship] and posting sex text’s that Briscoe wrote to her.

Briscoe denied it at first and Royce sided with her man and responded to Christina.

But as more proof surfaced the web and other women who Briscoe was alleged to be with weighed in Briscoe quickly confessed and apologized to Royce.

Briscoe then took to twitter publicly saying:

Baby mama wanna be messy so I’ll clean it up. I sent the messages she posted …To be on her good side because she has my son,” he tweeted, adding that it was a poorly thought out effort to remain in her good graces. “I could of handled the situation better. I’m still wrong and I wanna apologize to @Roycelr because she don’t deserve that. Love you.

After Briscoe confessed Royce took her personal blog where she addressed the whole sex drama while admitting that she was naive when she first reacted. Here’s an excerpt from her open letter. You can also head over to Royce’s blog on VH1 to read the full letter.

Do I think Dezmon loves me? Yes! Do I think what he did was wrong? Absolutely. Are we done…forever? Honestly, I don’t know. Readers can say I’m dumb if I go back, but with relationships come mistakes. I was lied to and lesson learned…I entertained it on Twitter. I let the drama get to me despite being told to ignore it. That was my immaturity in this experience coming out. I admit that. Yes, I’m embarrassed, humiliated and broken. But I’m strong. Regardless of what happens I will be okay. Do I love him? Yes. Is that enough to stay? At this point, no. I entertained the mother of his son because I trusted what I was told and I stood by him as I should have. Was I the fool? Yep! Do some find it funny that I have egg on my face? Sadly yes, but that means they are lacking happiness and love in their own lives hence them basking in another person’s hurt. Ignorance is bliss but it’s also dangerous.

This smells like a rotten PLUM to me. I’m not sure if these can fix their relationship but the decision is  ultimately their’s and not ours.
