[Beef Stew] Jennifer Hudson Vs. Adele

J-Hud may have over-stepped her bounds on this one!

According to reports, J-Hud and Adele had a small run-in at the 2012 Grammy’s this year. J-hud ran into Adele backstage where she congratulated the UK singer on her win and music success.

Well, J-hud apparently didn’t stop there, she then offered Adele weight loss tips and stated that she[Jennifer] could serve as her mentor given that she is Weight Watchers spokesman. A source told the Enquirer, Jennifer congratulated Adele on her six trophies but then added:

I used to be heavy just like you and gosh, Weight Watchers saved my life! I can hook you up.

Adele was angrily annoyed by the comment and by the notion that she had to lose weight somehow. Adele remained composed and repecful toward J-hu but a close friend of the singer that Adele was steaming inside. “The nerve of that woman!” Adele has made it known she’s happy just the way she is – at 165 pounds – and doesn’t intend to diet.

Although Adele was outwardly gracious, friends say she was seething on the inside. She huffed about Jennifer, “The nerve of that woman!” Adele has made it known she’s happy just the way she is – at 165 pounds – and doesn’t intend to diet.

Jennifer’s heart is in the right place, but her preaching is starting to get on people’s nerves…Jennifer may have been motivated by jealousy. I’m sure seeing Adele become the belle of the ball at the Grammy’s got under her skin, said Adele’s friend.

This is quite shocking coming J-Hud who was openly stated that she fully supports full-figured women and even went toe-to-toe with Chanel designer, Karl Lagerfield last month after the designer called Adele “too fat”. When asked how she had felt about singers keeping their curvaceous figures J-hud took to Adele’s side.

I don’t see why not! Clearly it’s all about the talent. I mean, [Adele] is an amazing, amazing artist…She is so beautiful and so talented and it should not matter.

As for Adele has made it pretty clear she doesn’t care what Jennifer or anyone else thinks about her or her weight.
