Murder Inc.label was one of the top selling labels in the 1990’s along with Rocafella records. They seem to have it all, platinum artists and a string of hits. Rapper Ja Rule and r&b singer Ashanti was the label’s frontline artists followed by Lloyd, and rappers Charlie Baltimore and Vida. But the once most feared and successful label quickly demised after the emergence of rapper, 50 cent and the rise of Aftermath/Shady Records.

So what happened to the artists? Well, for starters Ja Rule was sentenced to 28 months for failing to pay taxes, Ashanti is still performing, and romancing with Nelly, but she hasn’t has an album in for a few years now, Lloyd is still relevant in the game, but what about Charlie Baltimore and Vida.

Well, Charlie stopped by the Cherry Martinez show at Power 105.1 to talk about her new album, the dismantle of Murder Inc. and addresses rumors regarding her relationship with Royce Da 5’9 and former labelmate Vida.
