Lady Gaga Opens Holiday Workshop At Barney’s

 

Happy Holiday’s All. Gaga, fans is sure in for a treat this Christmas.

Lady Gaga partnered up with Barney’s, the flaship Madison Avenue department store to create “Gaga’s Workshop, a funhouse version of Santa’s headquarters. The funhouse covers the entire fifth floor, a total of 5,500 square feet.

According to the New York Post, there are eight ministores, including a candy shop, a closet for apparel and accessories, a library, a jewelry shop carved in the shape of a spider, and Gaga’s Boudoir for candles and cosmetics.

Among the Gaga-themed products on sale are a Gaga snow globe, a $15 Gaga face cookie, a $25 Gaga light-up yo-yo, stiletto stockings, $495 Gaga black leather jackets, $1000, for Gaga platform shoes, a magnetic Gaga dress-up set, rings and a holiday stocking in the shape of a claw.

Barneys said 25 percent of sales from items in the workshop will be donated to the Born This Way Foundation, which was launched recently by Gaga and her mother to help young people build self-confidence and deal with bullying.


The store has also redesigned its East 60th Street entrance so that shoppers will be walking into and out of a giant, monster-like Lady Gaga.
