During the hot topic segment, Wendy Williams announced that Gayle King will be leaving her tv show and radio show on the Oprah Winfrey’s network to join the Early Show with Charlie Rose.
Well, this was big news to for Wendy, as she hinted that Gayle’s departure could be a result of the rumored estranged relationship between the longtime friends.
Williams dissed the network’s new approach
“You can’t talk about Lady Gaga’s meat dress or Justin Bieber’s baby?” she asked. “Everyday can’t be a hard news day.”
Wendy also crticized Gayle for interviewing rapper 50 cent, whom she alleges made disparaging remarks about Oprah.

I’m pretty sure this story will have a happy ending. Despite the rumors, Oprah and Gayle have best friends for well over thirty years and Oprah herself knows all to well about the worth and importance of sustaining these types of relationships.
