Last night, VH1 honored female entertainers at the Annual Divas Celebrate Soul Show, held at the Hammerstein Ballroom. The red carpet full of glitz and glamour.
Performers of the night include, Mary J. Blige, Boyz II Men, Jill Scott,Jennifer Hudson, Marsha Ambrose, Erykah Badu, QuestLove, Estelle, Ledisi, Florence Welch and more.
Some of the presenters of the night included, Queen Latifah, country legend and musician, Dolly Parton, Kelly Clarkson, Common, Jill Scott and Travis Mccoy,
USA today says “Their was a sense of mutual admiration and camaraderie continued on stage… But the emphasis was firmly on music, as the headliners traded solo turns with group numbers (some featuring male artists), including medleys devoted to seminal soul cities.”
