Halle Berry wasted no time filing a gag order in L.A.County Court today against her baby-daddy, Gabriel Aubry prohibiting him from having any contact with their 3-year old daughter Nahla.
This comes right after recent news of Gabriel child endangerment accusations and assault charges that were filed in a police report by Nahla’s Nanny yesterday.
According to the report, the nanny, Allance Kamdem arrived at Nahla school and was informed by a school rep that Nahla was a no-show. The nanny then went to Gabriel’s house where Nahla was present and asked Gabriel why he had not taken her to school and that’s when things got physical allegedly. Gabriel is alleged to have use deragatory language and later shoved the nanny out the house.
Kamdem has alleged that this is not the first time Gabriel has shown neglect. New claims have surfaced indicating that Gabriel repeatedly yelled and cursed at her, often while Nahla was present. Kamdem also says it got so bad … Gabriel would make her sit in a corner in his condo until he called for her.
Kamdem also claims Gabriel often yelled at Nahla, causing the child to cower and cry. And she told police … when Nahla had a rash he refused to treat it.
Kamdem quit last week after Gabriel allegedly shoved her.
This is extremely bad especially when there’s a child involved.
