T.I. has been in the media headlines for the past few weeks, and not so much in a good light. In just one week T.I. was captured on video with rapper The Game and others in a stand-off with L.A. police in the parking lot of a nightclub.
The Trouble Man also confronted reality star Apollo Nida [who recently plead guilty to mail, wire and bank fraud] for telling the public that his plea bargain deal was similar to his [T.I] and Michael Vick’s; leaving many to believe that he SNITCHED for a lesser sentence.
And of course T.I. did not take kindly to Apollo’s statement. Apollo Nida issued a public apology for speaking out of terms.
” I just asked him to clarify so people wouldn’t be miscontrued. T.I said of hs face to face with Nida. I don’t have no slandering. Anybody got something to say about me man, make sure it’s the truth. If it ain’t the truth, then just be ready to see me. “
In a recent interview with Big Tigger on Atlanta’s V103 station , T.I explains that he is ‘the trouble man” when it comes to music; noting that he has more than 500 recorded songs excluding featured tracks and he will be releasing a three-part series album entitled “Paper Work” which is slated to drop this year.
He went on to say that his past indiscretions with the law does is the past and not a reflection of the man we see today. Why I Got To Be The One Always With A Gun? T.I also spoke out the latest controversy surrounding his verse on Jhene’s Aiko ‘The Worst’ track where he sheds light on his marital troubles [at that moment]
” I always speak from the heart. I was venting from momentary frustations. I don’t think the circumstances or situations …ugh… they didn’t stand up…. We always in a better place. I don’t really got a whole lot to say about because it was self-explanatory. It came a t time where…. It was really something that I did and I was just going to send it in but I never did. I really was hoping it would away but it is JAMMING though”.
