Singer, Usher is back in the hot zone following his son’s fatal pool incident earlier this week. As reported Usher son was rushed t the hospital after his arm got stuck in the pool; which almost cost him his life had it not been for two men who rushed to help him out the water. As you may know – Usher was granted full custody of his two sons, Usher Raymond V [aka Cinco -in the front] and Nayvid Raymond in August of 2012 following his divorce to ex-wife Tameka Foster but now Tameka is asking the courts to reconsider their decision.
In the emergency documents filed yesterday, Tameka says that “Usher is not home eighty-five [85] percent of the time and therefore not exercising his parental rights as the primary care giver“. Tameka is seeking an overturn in the judge’s decision and the right of full custody of both her son’s in light of recent events.
Although Usher’s absence from the time of the incident should not deem him SOLELY responsible for what happen, Tameka may have a strong argument; given that the care givers who Usher placed in charge [nanny and Usher’s aunt] were unable to save the child in the event of an emergency. But the bigger question is whether or not this is appropriate time [for Usher and Tameka] to be battling out their issues in court?
