Tamar Braxton Departure From The Real + Loni Love’s Response + What Next?

This week we’ve lost another daytime tv host, and it seems that the cause stems from yet another  ‘behind the scenes’ fued. Fox daytime show ‘The Real’ has issued the ‘pink slip’ to singer Tamar Braxton.  The reasons are still not ‘clear’ but one person who is rightfully upset about the firing is Tamar Braxton. The singer took to her instagram to express her hurt and ‘betrayal’ of others whom she felt she’d grown friendships with.

” I Love You All But I Have Been Stabbed In The Back By Someone I Stupidly Trusted [not my man or my sisters] . I Am Not About To Be Tried And Tested To Snitch “…..Tamar Braxton

Tamar reportedly unfriended three of her co-stars with the exception of Tamera Mowry despite their outpouring of love and support. According to E’ news, show reps have confirmed their decision  release Tamar was in efforts to allow the star to concentrate on her solo music career. However, the source also alleges that Tamar was becoming ‘more difficult’ to work with, and had run-ins with executive producers.

According to another source, the Real executive producer , Rachel Miskowiec  wanted to send the message that the hosts were ‘dispensable’ despite their show fan base. Tamar was deemed  a ‘real threat’ and thus did not test well focus groups. The show is attempting to reach a bigger audience and those ideals were not aligned with Tamar in mind.

Loni Love issued a separate video where she replied to fellow daytime host Wendy Williams on accusations that she knew about the firing when she appeared on her show just one day before the public announcement. Loni expressed that the all the hosts were told at the same time, and it was a shock to all. Loni also stated that she is not friends with B. Scott [the blogger who leaked the story].

Tamar’s departure has upset many fans and friends. It was reported that Epic records had dropped Tamar from their label [due to lack of album sales] . Tamar’s sophomore album ‘Calling All Lovers’ reportedly sold a fraction of the projected amount compared to her Grammy nod debut album ‘Love & War’ . But the rumor is FALSE.

Let’s not rule out Tamar just yet. This may very well be a minor setback for a major comeback.  Tamar may not be on ‘The REAL’  but you can catch her On Wetv ‘Braxton Family Values, and ‘Tamar & Vince’ on Thursdays 8pm –9pm est . Tamar also has two  beautiful solo albums on itunes now, and much more music on the way.

One Love PLUMS!
