Lauryn Hill teamed up with TIDAL X to host her very own music festival entitled ‘ Diaspora Calling’. The three day brooklyn event began on Wednesday [April 11] and ends today [April 15] . The festival is designed to celebrate artists from the African diaspora.

The event is intended to celebrate the rich tapestry of artists from the African Diaspora while illuminating persistent and irrepressible themes. Hill offered up a free gallery showcase hosted by DJ Spinna and DJ which runs through today [April 15th] from 12-pm – 4pm at the Brooklyn, Kings Theatre.
Ms. Hill will concludes the three day festival with her sold out headliner concert along with guests Machel ‘Montanao, Stephen ‘Ragga’ Marley’, ‘Stonebwoy’, ‘Mr. Eazi’, ‘EL’, ‘Wondaboy’, ‘JoJo Abot’, and ‘Paul Bearbrun ‘
