Jared Scot Fogle most popularly known as the ‘Subway Guy’ and spokesman for the Subway brand after losing 200 pounds by eating turkey and veggie sandwiches from the restaurant chain; was sentenced to 15 years and eight months in a federal prison for distribution of child pornography and traveling across state lines to have commercial sex with a minor.
Subway severed all ties with Fogle after news broke of his infamous criminal case involving child pornography this summer.
Back in July, police raided Fogle’s Indianapolis home where they confiscated more than 600 images of child pornography. Fogle, a father of two plead guilty in August; admitting that he paid for sex with girls as young as 16 and received child pornography produced by his business partner Russell Taylor.
However, Fogle insists that he never committed sexual acts with any of the children minor while confessing that he’s had mild fantasies about pre-pubertal children. – says NY Post

Fogle committed some of these acts in New York hotels, and has agreed to pay a total of $1.4 million to his 14 victims; a total of $100,00 each along with additional fine penalties. In his defense, A forensic psychiatrist diagnosed Fogle condition as ‘mild pedophilia’ and noted that Fogle’s weight lost contributed to his sexual-hypersexuality.
Jared is allowed to have visitation with his children, but he is not permitted to have any unsupervised contact with minors upon his release from prison.
