Tamar Braxton Released From The Hospital After Health Scare, Causing DWTS Withdrawal

Good News Tamartians!

Tamar Braxton was released from the hospital yesterday [Nov. 17th] after learning that she had as Pulmonary Embolism which were blood clots filling both side of her lungs. Many people questioned whether the P.E. onset was a result of the singer’s role on ABC’s DWTS show.

Pulmonary Embolism is a blockage in one of the pulmonary arteries in your lungs. In most cases, pulmonary embolism is caused by blood clots that travel to the lungs from the legs or, rarely, other parts of the body (deep vein thrombosis).

Tamar was not only one of the front-runners on DWTS, she was submitting full-time hours as an on-air host of her daytime talk show ‘The Real’ and promoting her newly released her third studio album ‘Calling All Lovers’.  It’s safe to say that the ‘Wont He Do It’ star needed a break.  The good news is that she is in the recovery stage but returning to DWTS is certainly not an option at this time- Tamar reps tells PLUM.

With a Heavy heart I regret to inform you that my season of #dwts has to come to an end along with the rest of my tour dates with @musicbykem. After yesterday’s final #dwts performance I went back to the hospital (after the doctors didn’t want me to leave in the first place) only to find out that I don’t have pneumonia but something way more serious and that is having several P.E.’s (blood clots in both sides of my lungs) As you all know I will be the first to always encourage anyone to push through any obstacle that comes along one’s way. But in this case, my health is my current obstacle. .. And in TRUE #tamartian form I must go about this the exact same way as I would anything else. I woke up to a mirror and saw myself this morning and that makes me the winner because that almost wasn’t the case. 🏆Take care of yourselves… I love you and thank you ALL for your support❤️ p.s.
