Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, 45 is currently facing three counts of assault on UCLA coach, Sal Alosi. The charges are assault with a deadly weapon, one count of battery, and one count of making terrorist threats.

Diddy was arrested on the campus over the weekend following an altercation with Alosi regarding his son Justin Combs who plays on the university’s football team. According to news reports, Diddy sat on the sidelines of bench, observing the practice session, when he noticed Alosi exercising ‘aggressive’ coaching to Justin. Diddy went on to confront Alosi following the practice, Alosi allegedly refused, and Diddy swung a kettlebell at Alosi. Diddy’s reps say the contrary, and that Combs was acting in self-defense.

The result- Diddy was arrested, and has since posted $50,000 bail Monday night [June.22] . Alosi was not injured during the time of arrest, and both parties refuse to comment on the matter.

Diddy’s representatives has now come forward with a statement to the press via Combs REVOLT  cable network stating the following;

” The various accounts of the event and charges that are being reported are wholly inaccurate. What we can say now is that any actions taken by Mr. Combs were solely defensive in nature to protect himself and his son. We are confident that once the true facts are revealed, the case will be dismissed. ”
