Dej Loaf delivers her alter ego girl persona video with her latest single ‘ Me, U & Hennessy’. The IBGM/Columbia Records rapper, DeJ Loaf, is proudly following up the success of her breakout of her #1 single ‘Try Me’ with her latest offering ‘Me U & Hennessy’ featuring Grammy Award winning, platinum selling recording artist Lil Wayne. The sexually charged track finds DeJ Loaf rapping a lustful ode to a romantic partner, wishing for a night together with stiff cocktails and no distraction.
The buzzed about track has officially gone to radio and will officially impact on May 5th. Radio success is nothing new to the young emcee, as her debut, breakout single “Try Me” ultimately reached #1 at Urban Radio and was routinely in heavy rotation in major markets including Detroit, Los Angeles, Miami, New York City and Atlanta among many others.
The video for ‘Me U & Hennessy’, directed by fashion photographer and videographer, Solmaz Saberi, debuted to immediate fan reaction on Vevo. Set in a grand Miami mansion during the final moments of a stunning sunset, the clip evokes a sensual, lush feeling anchored by DeJ’s soft vocals. DeJ herself makes a splash with the provocative new video, in which she shares a more intimate and romantic side of herself. Dressed in fashion forward swimwear from Versace and a flowing silk robe, the viewer finds DeJ languishing in bed, thinking lustfully of a lover.
