More bad news for Suge Knight!
The Los Angeles Sheriff’s department has confirmed that Knight was involved in the car accident that left one man fatally injured, and another person dead. Police authorities are ruling this case a ‘homicide’ investigation, and Knight is the main suspect.
Knight and his friend Terry Carter paid a visit to the filming of the upcoming ‘N.W. A’ biopic ‘Straight Outta Compton’ where Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, and rapper, The Game were in attendance prior. Security reportedly asked Knight and Carter to leave, and then an argument ensued between Knight and two film crew members.
Here’s where things get ugly:
Knight allegedly proceeded to his car in fear of his health [after being shot six times back in August of 2014 at a LA nightclub] and instead gunned the pedal in reverse. Carter was attempting to enter the passenger side from behind the vehicle but he, and another male were severely hit from Knight’s car instead. Carter was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The facts of this case are currently all over the place. Some reports indicate that actor, Cle ‘Bone’ Sloan was struck by Knight’s vehicle following their heated argument on set.
Other reports suggest that Knight followed the men [whom he was arguing with] prior to running them over. Was there a car chase?, How did Knight’s friend, Carter die. Did he step out of the vehicle?
Knight’s lawyer, James Blatt confirms Knight attendance at the scene of the incident, but had no comment on the reported details of this case. However, Blatt reveals that Knight, 49 was set up Carter, 55.
” Carter allegedly called Knight to a meeting at Tam’s Burger in Compton after the altercation, and was attached by four people. The men beat Knight and tried to pull him out of the vehicle while threatening to kill him. Knight then fled in fear and plunged the gas , and had no idea that he’d struck Sloan and Carter.”
According to L.A. Sheriff’s department, there’s no evidence of the alleged attack
