Just reading the above statement, gives me chills. Like most of my peers, I am an avid website, phone, and social media participant, and fpr the most part I enjoy interacting and connecting with people and my family through social media means but I must admit that I’ve seen the downsides of using this preferred tool.
Social Media will always have it pros and con’s but has it become too saturated? There are over 10 different social media realms [ ie: twitter, facebook, tumblr, pinterest, instagram, google +, linkedin, youtube, etc] and in my line of work I have to be utilize uite a few of them and most times its an overwhelming task to manage multiple outlets all at once.
While there’s no public doctrine to abide by, there are underlying rules that is followed by most participants such as 1] Be sure to check your accounts daily to engage, review messages, likes, follower updates, and 2] returning the favor to those who support you. Most times, I can barely keep up and I’ve notice if I don’t adhere to the rules, I’ll start to lose likes, and followers etc.
