Actor, Omari Hardwick has come under fire this week after he was spotted publicly on a family outing with his wife, Jennifer Pfautch and son in New York City this past weekend. The comments poured in and they were ‘brutal’ to say the least.
For some, the Power star could have made a better choice when seeking a life’s partner. Some people shouted offensive remarks stating that his wife presented ‘manly’ features and called her UGLY and more. … I mean really people!
I’m sure we all have learned by now that one’s personal choice in a partner, marriage, or simple companionship does not need the PERMISSION of others [at least not for common folks], and they will EXIST whether you like it or not.
What’s sad here is that no one saw the immediate POSITIVES from the photo [ie: family, unity, bonding time, etc ]. No pretending, no make-up, or red carpet attire for the paparazzi, no fancy restaurant for public display…. like really people .
Celebrities are now at the mercy of their fans, and social media critics, and it’s getting bad.
Hardwick is a heartthrob [no doubt] but we must not be so conditioned to believe that while our favorite celebrities present a perfect body and image appearance on screen their actual lives mirror that of the same off screen, and what’s wrong with his wife’s appearance!
Well, Hardwick really needed no defense from others. He took to twitter and expressed his feelings on the issue and served a few words of his displeasure with our human race. In one of the tweets , Hardwick mentions that the offensive remarks of others was of ‘no comparison’ to losing his son, brother and sister in a three years span. WOW!
