The Wait Is Over!
Rapper, Remy Ma is officially a ‘free woman’. After serving six and a half years of her eight year sentence, the bronx-bred rapper was released from Bedford Hills Correctional Facility this week
The anticipation of Remy’s release sparked a MEDIA frenzy in recent months with many fans and industry peers uploading welcome videos and poster signs for the return of the “Queen Of Rap” until the release date which was scheduled for Thursday, July 31st. However, Remy Ma was a public no-show and conflicting reports began to surface that the Remy Ma release was postponed due to a misbehavior report.
In a phone interview with Power 105.1 Angie Martinez show twelve days prior, Remy affirms that has ‘MATURED‘ alot and has learned to appreciate the basics things of life that she often took for granted. When asked about her excitement with her return to rap Remy says:
” ‘I Am So Alive’…. ‘It’s Not Going To Be Fair’….. ‘My Pen Game Is Crazy’ “
Well, we all know controversy sells and Remy Ma may have requested to spend her first night home with family and loved ones, before making the big announcement /appearance on Friday August 1, 2014.
