[Photos] Stuff Fly People Like Celebrates Six Year Anniversary Of Blogging In NYC!

Last night [June 12th]  I attended fellow bloggers Rae Holiday and Gabriel Williams of the popular blog Stuff Fly People Like six-year anniversary celebration.

The private-invite only event was held in the Soho district of New York City and powered by The Legion Media Group, A-List Entertainment, and The Holliday Agency

Attendees enjoyed a two hour complimentary open bar [courtesy of Avion liquor]  and great music from DJ.Ominaya. Industry peers, celebrity publicists were all in attendance.

Celebrity guests that were in attendance included PYNK Magazine [now ThinkPYNK] Founder & Publisher Mecca Moore, On Air Personality & Journalist of Revolt TV, Sharon Carpenter singers Bridget Kelly, Olivia Longott & rising sensation, Sophie Green who was the beautiful host of the event, Tracey G [of Sway Morning Show], designer B.Marie and more.

Photography was provided by SFPL’s very own ‘Beanz’.  Guests also enjoyed the delighted cupcake treats that were custom-made from Tres Cupcakes.

There was much to celebrate for SFPL.  Both Rae and Gabriel shared personal testimonies. Rae revealed that he was homeless two and half years ago while noting that both he and Gabe left their corporate jobs to pursue a career in the blogging industry [which at the time] was a mere hobby.

Stuff Fly People was the first bloggers to ever start a digital blog covers, The duo have issued covers featuring singers, Dawn Richards [Danity Kane] , Actor/Singer,  Mack Wilds, and Singer, Luke James and more.

Rae currently has a a re-occurring appearance as a Style Fashion guest on BET’s 106th & Park  show and Gabriel has since expanded his talents with his very own media group where he hosts events for rising talents.
