Nick Minaj is set to release her highly anticipated new single “Pills & Potions” . Minaj recruited West coast rapper, ‘The Game’ to play her love interest in the video and she provides a few artistic expression moments to soften the seriousness of the track.
In the introduction, Minaj blows smoke [of some kind] before belting out the lyrics to her heartache. Liquid metal tears fall from Minaj’s eyes, and purple clouds shadows over Game as he reminisces over the wrong he’s caused Minaj.
As Minaj explains the song:

Minaj says that this album will unveil alot of her experiences that she’s encountered both on and off the stage. In this particular song, Minaj sheds light on the the pain and isolation one feel when betrayed by person[s] that she once loved and supported wholeheartedly.
