All Eyes On Chinx!
On Tuesday, May 13, 2014, The Legion Media Group and Four Kings Management held a private listening session for rapper Chinx for the release of Cocaine Riot 4 Woulda Been Here Sooner at the legendary Jungle City Studios in New York City. The three room duplex level rooftop studio was PACKED with industry affiliates.
Chinx wowed the crowd with his performance of various tracks off of CR4 including smash hits “Couple N—S” and “Feelings” Music was provided by DJ Amazin. Chinx was supported by his fellow cokeboys including the cokeboy president Zack [brother of French Montana pictured above] who also features on two tracks “Do What I Wanna” and “From The Floor Up” .
Sponsors included Avion Tequila, Ryhmes N Dimes Magazine, and Born Fly.
I caught up with Chinx at the event to discuss the inspiration behind his new mixtape, and I surely learned a few things. What You See, Is What You Get! Chinx persona is very straight-forward, and he wholeheartedly believes that one must work independently hard to achieve success.
