Singer, Chris Brown turns twenty five 25 today and unfortunately he is restricted from celebrating beyond the four walls of his jail cell. Brown has served fifty-two, 52 days in Los Angeles County Jail, and on Thursday [May 1st] the judge added an additional seven days to Brown’s penalty.
