Jackie Christie and basketball wives new cast members British Williams and Sundy Carter appeared on the Arsenio Hall show to dish on the drama on the new season and their opinion on the “CHEATING” subject which is a popular topic especially [among rich and famous athletes].
As we saw in the first episode some women were not opposed to their husband’s cheating while on the road [ie:Malaysia, and British] as long as it doesn’t show up on their front lawn. Their reasoning was simple, What You Don’t See, You Don’t Know!
Jackie disagreed with this notion telling Arsenio:
” Not my approach. Me and British and actually clash on that because what she’s basically saying is if she’ doesn’t about then…. I don’t care f I know about it, don;t know about it, want to know about and if I suspect it we got a problem. once she doesn’t know about that “
” I feel like I give my husband enough that he should not even think about wanting to cheat… We watch movies, adult film [porn] and its like if I’m involved and I say isn’t she pretty, and he says yeah then its cool but if I come in the room and he’s watching it then I’m going to take his head off because I like to be in control of everything. I have all his pass codes to all his phones and he has mines. “
” It’s not so much that about being with a basketball player , they [the groupies] throw themselves at them in a way and I just didn’t know at that time if Dough could handle it, but he showed me really quickly that he could so now I sit back, relax and eat my popcorn. “
British had this to say:
” I do not know condone CHEATING however in my mind it says that most, 99 percent of men cheat so to be real I’m not the woman to say my man does not CHEAT or will never CHEAT. “
When asked what she’d do if she caught her man cheating, British says:
” I’ll F–k Him up. “
Sidebar: After listening to these ladies I feel that the underlying question is whether “Cheating” is permissable as long as the ‘wife’ and the household is taken care of because that seems to be the case in the lives of some of these women. Similar to the philosophy of ‘polygamy’ in certain religion[s] cheating is an acceptable norm as long as all parties are in agreement.
Meanwhile, the ladies had no problem throwing some serious SHADE at co-star Draya Michele [who is revered as the “hoe“in the friend circle] In the first episode, British bluntly asked Draya if she was ‘hoe’ after their initial meet and greet. Many fans of the show thought British hit ‘below the belt’ and should have shown a little more respect as a new comer to the show]
” I was trying to ask the question that really ask the questions that the viewers wanted to know – say British. Everyone says you are but you answer for yourself. I would rather ask her than ask Jackie or Sundy, so you can’t do nothing but respect that.”
